Cancellation policy

PharmaPhix Capsule Monthly Cutoff Date

Orders placed on or before the 10th of the month will receive that month’s box.
Orders placed after the 10th will receive the next month’s box.

Example:
If you subscribe on January 11, your payment method is charged at checkout. You will not receive the January box—you will receive the February box. You will also not be charged again on February 10 since you prepaid at signup. Your recurring billing cycle will begin on March 10 and continue monthly.

SeniorPhix Subscription Box (August–May Only)

The SeniorPhix Subscription Box renews on the 1st of each month, August through May.
There are no renewals in June or July.

• Orders placed on or before the 1st of the month (Aug–May) receive that month’s SeniorPhix box.
• Orders placed after the 1st receive the next month’s SeniorPhix box.
•  Any 10 month (Prepaid) subscription made after the start date (August 1) will be "caught up" on the next box. So, if you order the 10 month in February, you will receive August through February in the March box.

Your first charge occurs at checkout. Future renewals process on the 1st of each active month (Aug–May).

Renewals & Cancellations

Once a renewal has processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Please update, pause, or cancel your subscription before your next renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.

How to Pause, Skip, or Cancel

To manage your subscription, you must activate your store account:

1. Go to: https://noworriesstudio.com/account/register
2. Use the same email address used at checkout.
3. After registering, log in and select “Subscriptions.”
4. From your subscription portal, you can:

• Update your payment method
• Skip a month
• Pause your subscription
• Cancel your subscription
